You know when there are two dishes you absolutely love and decide to bring them together in one small mighty one?
Well, ever since I tried my first fish pie in Cowes, Isle of Wright, during the Little Britain Cup sailing trip with one of my former employers, it has been one of my favourite dishes to cook and to eat. Not only that, but it has been a success in our family when I have cooked it too. (Find my recipe here)
Red peppers are one of my favourite ingredients and, since for ever (almost), stuffed peppers have been an old time classic I’ve loved from the San Sebastian pintxos repertoir. I also have my own recipe (here) and in fact, I regularly cook this for friends. (last time at my CZWG departure themed Donostia 2016 . Post here)
This time, i decided to use the seafood pie mix to stuff the pepper with and I thoroughly recommend it for it was delicious!
